Following the absconding of our President, Marco Pittori, during the recent state of emergency in Tellia, and having gained the support of the Tellian populace, returning our great nation to Micras in the process, I hereby announce the passing of executive power to the Tellian Transitional Government.
The Tellian Transitional Government's sole purpose shall be to establish a fair and righteous constitution for the Tellian nation and its people, the adoption of which shall bear forth a stable, democratic nation with a defined governmental system.
The Tellian Transitional Government shall be headed jointly by Vittorio Vllazërim Fabbri and Giuseppe Fossone until a constitution is fully codified and enacted. Once this time has been reached, control of the Tellian government shall then pass to the next democratically-elected leader.
