Below is a representation of what we wish to claim on Micras in the name of Tellia. The Tellian mainland is coloured-in mauve (the colour that was used by Ashkenatza previous to their removal), with the autonomous region of Merenolitovina signified by horizontal black stripes (the MCS's standard for dependencies). The administrative cities outside of mainland Tellia (Fiorecittà and Scoglitto) are also labelled, and the region of Santa Maria is marked in the south-east of the mainland by a dotted border. The cities seen within Tellia are the capital Romero, the historical market town of Savona, the port of Rossavro and the Merenolitovinan parliamentary base of Mamehblinij.

This seems all good trying to have initial ideas for the claim. However, before we make any claim for formal recognition, we need to develop our governmental structure and ensure our territories are under control. Whilst the cities of Scoglitto, Fiorecitta and Savona have fallen and have now agreed to the movement, we still need the remainder of the territories to unite and support the confederation. Rozenhafn looks like it will follow next, but Romero still has a large Ashkenatzi influence. Despite being a Tellian heartland, our former kingdom capital is not the city it used to be.

Oh, absolutely. Given that our current state of control only covers small enclaves which are spread-out, this is very much a representation of our initial target in order to be recognised on Micras. There is definitely a lot of work to be done to reclaim places which are still Ashkenatzi strongholds, but hopefully our maintenance of Merenolitovina will assuage them into working with - rather than against - us for a long-term greater good in southern Benacia!

With little development in regards to the establishment of a contiguous Tellian-controlled territory, the cities and regions currently in alignment with the Gaian Confederation's government currently are mapped as follows: I feel that these controlled cities mark the basis of our initial official claim on Micras before the end of this calendar year, with an emphasis on securing a claim submission sooner rather than later this month!

Just as a by-the-bye, MCS Council member Benkern has given me his support towards the above claim with our recent activity levels. It is unlikely that anything larger would be accepted without a considerable increase in our posting...

It'll be easier to develop once we're actually on the map and we can get some sports up and running. Hopefully, it'll snowball from there.

Agreed, our activity levels have not been the greatest. But once we get ourselves on the map, I hope we can see improvement.

It's definitely beneficial that we have some unofficial Council support for the minimalist claim, so there is positivity in our near future. Preferably, we need to claim before the end of the year, so when do you think we should submit this claim? My personal suggestion would be this coming weekend, but I can only really act with the permission of the rest of the Tellian government...

I agree. Let's put this claim forward and put it into action. Right now, we have no formal government in place, and that is a matter that we must urgently address.

Indeed. Having the land to control is of no use to the Tellian people if there is no way we can maintain that control and develop governance!

I have submitted a claim on behalf of Tellia at the MCS, like so...
