My fellow citizens,
I believe it is now the time for us to make formal advances as a nation to form a new constitution. From the Ashkenatzi reign to the constitutions previously written by our predecessors, all of the documentation is now outdated and can be discarded.
We should now look into drafting an entirely new one which will protect our nation and also enable us to prosper in the future.
Over the coming weeks, I will be drafting up a constitution here for all citizens to see. As this progresses, every Tellian may have a say on the drafting. Following the drafting and feedback, the constitution will be then finalised, signed and then placed into immediate effect.
