Due to the freezing of membership by the FGGC, Tellian clubs were unable to participate in any transferring activity following the FMF World Cup concerning intermicronational transfers. While the Tellian provisional government are preparing to retain sovereignity and the future of the nation, the FGGC will now consider all actions according to a future successful claim of territory on Micras.
Therefore, as a result, the Tellian transfer window will begin on 1st January 2014 and will end on 2nd February 2014. Internal transfers will be permitted during this transfer window, and pending a successful claim on Micras, intermicronational transfers with other nations will also be permitted should when FGGC resumes its membership in the FMF.
Despite freezing the membership, Tellia aims to bid to host the 2014 FMF World Cup, with a view that its initial claim to Micras will also be successful. Despite the regional instability, Tellia is one of the FMF heartlands and will aim to assist the government in uniting the nation together, as well as hosting a tournament that can ultimately bring success to both the nation both in economical and sporting terms.

I am very much looking forward to Tellia bidding for next year's World Cup, should we retain our FMF membership before then. I feel that hosting such a major event in a sport which Tellia is renowned for excelling in will help our population work further together for the nation's overall continued development!

Such a nation of Tellia's calibre should be entitled to a World Cup. It's remarkable that as a founding member, there has been no World Cup in one of Micras' footballing homelands.

Unfortunately, we are too late to submit a bid to host the forthcoming FMF World Cup, but with WMFA a priority host the following year, that should give us adequate time to organise our territories and submit what should inevitably be a terrific bid!
