Fellow Tellians, I think it is time we should reconsider our original plans and go forward to the construction of Amsia. AmsiaMy suggestion would be to locate Amsia to the west and between Romero and Savona. As stated previously, Romero has become far too large and predominantly Ashkenatzi that we would struggle to have a commanding influence in the city. Our city planning should include: - New Parliamenta Building - Other Governmental Buildings, including residences, tax offices and other administrative offices - Military barracks, air force base and main military headquarters - Defence related and automotive industry buildings - 250,000 new homes I suggest as this is a new city, we build everything with a grid format. Abandonment of San Giovanni District for expansion of SavonaWe need to come to realisation that San Giovanni District is going to be difficult to establish in the near time future and it would very unrealistic for a large development for Amsia. My proposal is turn our attention to expanding Savona and create a new business centre to the East of the city, which could possibly take in an existing small town outside the city centre. This new proposal allows us to build upon existing infrastructure and would allow a quick solution and a more than suitable alternative. I have shaded the possible areas near the Savona city centre for business expansion. We need to make a quick decision on this for the sake of the Tellian future. I would appreciate your swift input to this proposal.

The area to the east is closer to the motorway, but the southern area is already served by rail, so all that would be required infrastructure-wise would be the construction of a railway station.

What are the prospects of expanding the motorway network south, in addition to constructing a railway station?

The dark green road branching off from the motorway could be upgraded to a motorway that goes all the way to Romero. The construction of a train station would not be difficult at all, it will just require a small amount of investment from the central government, which would easily be recouped from the growth of the business sector in the region.

What would you say to the following two-phase solution:
Phase 1: Initial phase where the business district is established and pitch the district for investment from copies within the finance sector nationally. In this section the train station will be constructed.
Phase 2: Further development and encouragement of intermicronational investment. Should the business are continue to grow then a highway road network connecting to Romero and Amsia will be constructed.

Do we need to construct homes in the area, or would we encourage people to buy in the rest of the Savona district?

What residential development plans do you have in mind?

The construction of a small executive housing village (of around 250 homes initially, with the possibility of future expansion), which residents can either buy up front for cost price or pay out of their salary at 1% interest per year, so it will essentially be a rich man's council house.

How does it sound if we locate it towards the north/south east of the yellow zone?

I think due to this being premium accommodation, it would be better to keep the buildings away from the motorway and railway, so the south-east of the yellow zone would be best.

Agreed, I think it's time to sign this off and proceed to construction. Any objections?

Here's a map of the first stage of the planned expansion. Is this what you had in mind?

Looks good to me, let's sign this off and move to our next concern.
